Life can be lonely, but a lot less if you learn how to be a friend of yourself. Many people live sad lives because they are not happy with themselves.

The quality of your life is the quality of your relationships – and that includes your relationship with yourself. When you love yourself, you receive more love in return. But what are now the best ways to love yourself? How can you break through the day-by-day of self-invalidation? Telling yourself that you are not good enough, doubt in your own performance or how you are as a person? Even successful people suffer from this, no matter what they sometimes achieve.

The problem is that almost everybody has an awfully bad opinion of what they are capable of compared to what they actually are. But where do you start to change this viewpoint? Deep in your heart, you probably know you can do much better in life, but then the failings start and then the negative thinking starts. And then you start to dislike yourself.
